We have a variation of Office sizes within the main Leatherline House building and to the rear we have a number of larger external units. A number of our smaller & mid-size offices come serviced with inclusive heating and electricity.  There are options for flexible 12-month and longer-term contracts which can be discussed with you on application. Our existing Tenants benefit from working within a well managed and well maintained environment. It sounds cliched, but we really do want our Tenants to be happy and we've got the right the people in place to ensure that happens.
