Leatherline House Business Centre is located in the Village of Aylestone just a few drive minutes from the city of Leicester and Junction 21 of the M1 motorway.  We have 27 'bricks & mortar' offices of varying square footage to suit established, growing and start-up businesses.  We also have an ever growing number of Virtual Offices for those people still working from home or on the move that require a business address. We pride ourselves on having a flexible and adaptable approach to ensure, where possible, we can provide a Tenant with something that suits their exact needs.

A lot of the businesses at Leatherline House have been with us since their inception, others have grown into larger offices and some have grown so much that they've left us to find even more space. And that's pretty much at the heart of what we're about...because of course we want businesses to stay with us, but we also want businesses to grow and succeed. If we are only the start of a businesses journey that's great, it means we've had a space or service that someone needed at the point they needed it at. And if that's been a stepping stone to success, then that's job-done as far as we're concerned.

The Village of Aylestone sits in a very pretty part of the Leicestershire LE2 postcode...only a short walk from Leatherline House is the Grand Union Canal running along the River Soar and providing a very picturesque walk or cycle ride. In summer near the Canal Lock the Kings Lock Tearoom is a lovely place to have lunch and enjoy a homemade scone. Right next door to Leatherline House is the Black Horse Public House which can provide lunch , dinner and throughout the year lots of evening events including Comedy nights and a wonderful Carol Concert at Christmas. In the Village itself there is a Dry Cleaners, Car & Van Hire, a Garage, MOT Station, two Cash Machines, Post Office, ample 'food-to-go' places and various other amenities.
